These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AttractionsOne platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Services

AttractionsOne provides a unified operations platform for attractions including ticketing, venue management, workforce management, IoT monitoring, and related services. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information up to date

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use our services to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

AttractionsOne and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you submit to our platform. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.

8. Service Level Agreement

We commit to maintaining 99.9% platform uptime. Specific SLA terms and remedies are detailed in your subscription agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttractionsOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease, and we will provide reasonable assistance in exporting your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our platform or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
